2. Eligibility for Returns
You can return items within 7 days of receiving them if:
- The item is unused and in original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging with all accessories/manuals.
- Proof of purchase is provided (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Software, licenses, and digital goods that have been opened or activated.
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Custom-made or special-order items.
- Perishable or consumable products like batteries and thermal pastes.

To initiate a return:

- Follow the return instructions provided by our support team
Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Replacement is only for the same item unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Warranty Claims
Some items come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If a product fails within its warranty period, we will assist with the warranty claim in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy.
8. Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified.
- If a product is returned due to our error, we will cover return shipping.
